Rovi Hidalgo, M.Ed. is an Education Specialist-level student in the School Psychology program at the University of Utah. She is also accruing hours for the BCBA. Her interests include providing behavior assessment and intervention services, and implementing a Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS) in schools serving high-risk students (i.e., culturally/ethnically/linguistically diverse, low socio-economic status, etc.). Currently, Rovi serves as a behavior consultant for an ethnically diverse elementary school and aides in the implementation of tiered behavioral supports, leadership teams, school-wide behavior/reinforcement systems, and effective classroom management.
