Erica Lehman

Erica Lehman is a fourth-year doctoral candidate in the University of Utah’s School Psychology Program. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and has provided direct service and consultation in school, clinical, and community settings. This year, she is a School Psychology Intern in Davis School District, and provides virtual training and coaching to teachers in St. George. Additionally, she is the coordinator of the Pediatric Feeding Disorders clinic where she provides  supervision and coordinates client care. She has previously served as a consultant on a collaborative project between a local school district and the University of Utah that aimed to provide universal and targeted behavioral interventions for students, and training for teachers. Erica has also previously led parent training groups and has provided trainings in supporting prosocial behaviors, implementing a variety of behavior analytic interventions, bullying, managing behavior in early childhood settings, and thinking functionally about behavior. She is particularly interested in bringing evidence-based practices to applied settings and mobilizing systems of support to create a continuum of high quality intervention supports for students at risk or those with significant behavioral and cognitive needs.
